Made with pure Brantview Farms Maple syrup, this marinade is awesome for steaks on the grill or beef roasts. You may not think steak and maple are a great idea...don't be a skeptic any longer. Try these Maple Marinated Steaks for an unexpected treat.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup pure Brantview Farms Maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
steaks or chuck beef

Directions:
Trim any fat off of steaks. Marinate for 4 hours in sauce. Then grill or broil meat. Grill until internal temperature is met for desired preparation. If broiling, broil for 30-40 minutes, basting frequently.
