Maple Mustard Chicken

This recipe is quick, simple and full of sweet maple flavor! Using our sweet Maple Mustard and/or our Spicy Maple Mustard and skinless, boneless chicken breasts or strips you can make an amazing dinner in no time. Try it for your next weeknight dinner and you won't be sorry. In fact you will most likely add it into your weekly dinner rotation.

Ingredients:

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (enough to feed the number of people you are cooking for!)

*This is enough for 2 chicken breasts, increase or decrease the amount of mustard based on the amount of chicken you are preparing*

A pile of chicken tenders lay coated on a white plate with floral trim. The chicken is coated in a yellow sauce. There are two bottles sitting behind the plate, one labeled "Maple Mustard" and the other "Spicy Maple Mustard."
We split our chicken in half and made them into chicken tenders. We coated half with our regular Maple Mustard and half with our Spicy Maple Mustard.

Directions:

Rinse the chicken breasts off and pat them dry with paper towels. Butterfly the chicken breasts and place them in a glass baking dish. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat the top of each chicken breast with 3-4 T of mustard. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes (until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through). Remove the chicken from the oven and turn oven to broil. Place chicken breasts back in to oven on second highest rack for 3-4 minutes or until mustard has formed crust and slightly hardened. Remove and serve chicken with rice and vegetable of your choice.
